Ramp Kit to satisfy ISO 1518

Used with Reciprocating Abraser, the ISO 1518 Ramp Kit allows the scratch tool to start in a raised position (off the specimen surface).  This minimizes any indentation into the specimen surface if the test is not started immediately after lowering the scratch tool.
